Actually, I went back to the hotel with the Chicago crew and Zep and had a couple ML's with them and BS'ed. Hey, it isn't Newcastle, but that's what the host was serving, and I enjoyed having a couple pints and some conversation about backwoods drinking. Thanks for the Beers and the talk, Chicago people. Too bad you had to get back tonight Mystus, we had some fun.

Next time I promise, I've sampled quite a few different brews and I'll bring up some of the local brews asap. I may have mentioned that one of my favorites is a beer from New Ulm, local to you guys, Grainbelt Premium, delicious. I would have loved to hang out for some barley pop. The Chicago folks were great too, as were all of the folks I met today. As for the saturn... I didn't see it there, maybe I missed it, but I was definitely looking for it. That Fox Body was sweet, I'm a big fan and fellow owner.

Hey Melissa thanx for everything the tour was amazing. I think my son would have enjoyed it more had he been less tired, but he was still loving it.

Wish Mystus and I could have stayed longer, but the kid had to get home, and I think the wife may have been getting just a little bored. I just can't understand; she doesn't share the passion for fish.

Your kid was very well behaved. He endured eight hours of fish nonsense, and so did your wife. Much better than any kid at the local Cub Foods. Those kids I want to empty a bread bag and stuff them in, or give them some razor blades to play with. Quality parenting goes a long way. Glad to meet you too, hope we can do it again. Maybe a Wisconsin meet, God forbid. I'll bring some MN brews.

Capital idea! We can do a visit to the Mississippi River museum and aquarium. http://www.mississippirivermuseum.com/features.htm
Not as huge as UA, but still a very nice setup, dedicated to Native fish and wildlife. Great gars, giant catfish, a frog display, turtles, alligator, live birds, tons of river history, and info. I may be able to swing something with the LFS, the Fish Shack. Get them to order some nice monster's and throw a raffle. Being south here, we could hopefully get a few more IL folks to make the journey, and of course all you guys that made it today. I could even arrange some refreshments for afterwards too if that's something we're interested in.

I would be down, and maybe some Indy people too. Also, we have the Stingray convention in August, I know I'll see most of you there.

Thanks again Melissa. I enjoyed meeting everyone even more than I enjoyed the fish stuff. I hope we can do it again, just let me know when you want to do it. We'll work out the kinks next time, and everything will go more smoothly. Had a blast with all of you. I think a turnout of 18 is good, and we lost some people just before the meet. Hopefully they can make it the next time around.

No problem, glade it worked out! Maybe we can work something out for this summer when its not like -20 degrees out.

Thanks for the tour! Great to meet you, I hope we can make it up there again soon.

Your welcome, it was nice to meet you too! Let me know next time any of you 'out of towners' are going to be in the area. Maybe we can plan something again.
