idk if they can breed in heavily chlorinated water?
i cannot positively answer this directly, but i can say that i have NEVER seen a mosquito colony in a pool that is well kept

Mosquito larva cannot possibly survive very well in a heavily chlorinated pool. It can burn their body organs, how much more can fish even survive chlorine.

If I were you, Jason, call the health department. They'd know what to do from there especially as this concerns the health of the whole neighborhood, not just you nor the owners.

I found some info, they are very agro jerry springer ppl who if I confront I will most likely go to jail for handing out free knuckle sandwhiches so I am trying to do this civil, they will start trouble for sure, though intimidated by me,I dont want them to act out in revenge while not home.I will call tomarow,it is a half full out of ground pool about 15 feet wide, green water, make a great turtle pond lmao.I wont even begin to tell my troubles with these ppl.I will say however that the kids from 8 or so to 17 only know the f word and even tell their parents to f it and such.Know where Im comin from, lol.
