Ah, so it is you who are making the rules then not us. Just because there are a lot of people who claim to be Christians, but don't act like it, doesn't mean thats what it means to be a Christian. The Bible is very clear on what it means, and thats where Delgado and I get our views on what it means to be a Christian.

You can believe in a god and not believe in the written text. Or to be raised as a christian but not believe all that comes with the title. It's possible. Doesn't mean anyone is lost, damned, or doesn't see the light. Just means they think otherwise and we as humans should be ok with that.

Everyone has their own way of dealing with something. Nobody is wrong here but let's respect everyone's opinion.

You can not pull out any book which was written how many years ago and say because someone doesn't believe it or have a different opinion they're wrong. It's not respecting one's own belief's. And belief's(not facts) are really all they are when talking any religion.

well said man, i myself have faith in god and my faith will shape my actions, but everyone has their own beliefs, and you cannot scuplt someone elses beleifs

It's from what someone told you Jesus said unless he wrote your bible out personally at a "Jesus book signing"..

I get my rule from the fact that you don't really know if that's a "rule" or not.. You assume because it may be in the bible that it's true or that the bible is word for word the way Jesus wanted it. You can follow the bible word for word if you like but I don't think anyone could tell you you would be right by doing that.

/Alright enough christian talk for me. I respect everyone's own opinions. But be a little open minded to others not believing all of the bible, or not digging someone telling them they're condemmed or haven't seen the light.

Lol, these our good times. The point is that I would rather get my view on what a Christian is, who God is, how to get to heaven, from the actual book that they come from, rather than my own ideas just because their easier/ make me feel good/or don't offend others.

But since christian is a belief or a theory not a fact that can be interpretted in many versions, whether loosely confined to the bible or taking the bible scripture for scripture you can't tell Me, Bigspizz, nor anyone else we aren't "Christian" because you legally and morally have no right to do so.
 
Well if you are christian you are sure going against the grain by being hypocritical, and blasphemous.
