On 12th August 2009, i have a shipment of 30pcs BD send from Belem to me, transit in Europe. authorised animal lounge to do open box checking. I am doing this only for the safety of all the animals inside box.
However, strange things never in my expectation happen, 1 ray missing from this 30pcs shipment. and i received 30 boxes, 29 boxes with ray inside, and 1 blank box, nothing inside. I do not know why this things can happen for transit. nothing official from the XX airline, i was only told the ray inside this box is dead and was destroy by the XX airline. No proof of dead and no any official report or paper.
is this possible happen to the consignment? this is procedure that airline can take out the animal inside the box during transit? someone pls tell me if this is correct. I have lost big money because this animal is paid by my buyer, i need to return double money for it. and i think nobody will beleive the real worth of this animal. What cost you think this ray worth?

at the moment, i was guaranteed from XX airline, that full investigation is on this case, and intelpol will be overlook into this case due to involve multiple country on this case.
