if the airline had deposed of a dead ray then why would they continue to ship a empty box this makes no sense

after reading,we dont need to be clever to conclude that is a insider job,of all the 30boxes of ray,by stroke of luck,the most precious one is suppossedly dead,without pic,and suppossedly destroyed.
my instinct tells me that the same ray is swimming somewhere else,except that cannot showpiece him that's all.
all above average ray keepers would understand that all rays are unique and can tell straight from pic weather is the same pic that went missing!
i hv doubt you can recover back the ray alive,and too bad the bad guy holding the ray can only use for underground breeding and cannot resell in the market.
however i hope my instinct is wrong.

However, u could try to sue the airline for their mistake to recover the cost of the ray and your business loss if you can evidence the Purchase Order from Japan and the non delivery clause.
If you have a valid contract with MichaelH for the transit inspection, you could also proceed against him for negligence.
Legal cost in germany in more expensive than in Malaysia, however, if you have cash to burn for 30+20 BDs, what's spenting some to teach those SOB a lesson.
