Ok, I have got your initial questions together Stooges.

1 Can we have this thread pinned?

2 How can I make this into a DIY thread?

3 Is the ray FO or F1?

Carry on gents

surely you have insurance on such a large amount of stuff being moved that you could claim the money back?? I know it doesnt replace the ray but at least u get ur cash for another ray?

You lost a ray, their "investigation" will not be too thorough. You might tell them how much you paid for the rays.........to a normal person a stingray is not high on the priority list.

I want to say this, but price is so subjective also. anybody can suggest what kind of price this ray worth?

yeah very fishy. you say Michael H is using your pics, but how do you explain this? posted on 8/11/09. and funny, he also said he received 30 rays

one of you is overflowing with :bs: and i think i know who it is

what do you mean, who you know?

this are some of the photo of the ray swimming in my tank mow. look at this few photo.

This shipment of 20pcs is Michael, but all sold to me. the 30pcs shipment id direct Brazil to me, and I authorised Michale to overlook the repacking at animal lounge. i hope all is clear now. I hope all investigation will finished and all will be clear, but i doubt it. i think the airline company fail to provide proof. too many people involve in this case.

first i do not want to bring up this anywhere, i am buying BD only for my breeding project. and normally will do it silence way.

Ok, so MichaelH told you, that unfortunately exactly this very special ray was the only ray, which died in that shipment and which was disposed afterwards without even taking a picture of the dead animal

Then, two days LATER, he posted this:

http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=264087

and was showing off with "the best diamond from our last Diamond shipments." Which should already have been dead and disposed since two days, at that moment.......

yeah thats what i was saying! you said thats the missing ray, but he's saying its the best one out of the shipment :nilly:

The first opportunity is, that the guy, who has been authorized to "repack" the rays has shown off with a ray which has already been dead and disposed under HIS EYES, two days earlier, then posting it's "amazing" pic here :screwy:

Or the ray might possibly not have been disposed in "fully dead condition" :naughty:

I would think you were just shipped an empty box.

But Jeffrey was told by his business partner, that a dead ray was disposed at an intermediate stopp in europe......and why should someone tell him having disposed a dead ray, when the box always had been empty

Still staying interesting.......
