a jardini, a fish known for not allowing tankmates and a killer, placed in the same tank as a rbp big or small will equall almost certain death.

theres no way to spread the aggresion of the jar with only one target fish(the rbp). a small rbp will almost certainly be killed after it has chewed the jars fins to crap, as juvi rbp's eat fins for nutrition in the wild and captivity.

a large rbp and a large jar will just battle royaal till something is dead. yeah i know rbp's are skittish but theres nothing more dangerous than a rbp who is scared, they just bite as a defense.
ok, i was just wondering why it was ROFL funny.

so, if its just one, theyll fight. if its more than one, they will gang up...or something, i guess.

To keep it simple, get a Solo Piranha or a group and still with a group fighting and aggression is possible. Depends on the fish, tank size, and etc. No tankmates other than piranha, if you do....SOMETHINGS GONNA DIE...! And if u were asking a sincere question Im not pickin on ya....that question is an UNDERSTOOD fish NO-NO....so thats why some people were gettin on ya a little...but def. research any fish you get as much as u cn. The web has just about anything u want to know....Good Luck

I get a no from pirahans guy. what do your arowana people say? YES or NO.

Can I mix my 4 rbp which is dollar size with a baby silver arowana which is about 3-4 inc.

In the first place Why? Then I can't figure out why you thought the answer would be different here than there?:banhim::screwy:

^..........
do you really want something mauled?

only someone with a few thousand gallon tank should even try something like this.
the rbps will kill the aro.
or the aro will eat the rbps.
if its a jar with one rbp.
i think the jar would kill it.
and have battle scars.
if it were a jar and a few rbps.
the rbps would kill the jar.
