I love those oscars! How big are they?
I have a single golden one, and I hope it looks that nice when it grows up.
They almost have an orange tint in the pics. Are they more yellow or orange/red in person?

They are very orange in colour... i feed them Tetra Doromin, Hikari Massivore & Hikari Sinking Catfish Pellets, Earthworms / Nightcrawlers, Frozen Bloodworm and Live River Shrimp... not sure if that helps them with their colour but they are very bright in person.

Ive had them for around 3 years and they dont seem to be getting any longer, just thicker... not sure of how long they are as ive never taken them out to measure but holding up a ruler to the glass im guessing around 12inches

Its quite sad really, i got him from the LFS and he was fresh off a plane from Burma (wild caught)... couldnt get him to eat and also my tank was kept at 27c and found out after that he was sub tropical and this was too high.... anyways he died a couple of days later due to all the stress, heat and lack of food.

Ive generally been lucky with my attempts at unusual stock in communities, but couldnt find any information on this fish atall at the time as they were so new to the trade. So unfortunately, due to me not knowing better, hes dead :(
