Mixed tigerfish tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Maybe it's a brevis... In which case you'd want to get it out of there as they tend to be more aggressive and are said to feed on larger fish... From what I've read gatf don't shoal as tightly as vatf, and become more solitary as they grow where as vatf always shoal.

I like how it looks dark but there's light to see them at the same time lol. Nice setup, good luck as well, hopefully all goes well

Two (both small vitts) are already eating pellet the others are lunging but stopping short , they are in with a load of high speed barbs who feed like nutters so it is getting them going ! The two biggest vitts had a stand off, one more power head and Lots more ditherers going in tomorrow , the biggest fatf is as long a the biggest vitt but much thinner with a smaller jaw ...thanks all

My vittatus took pellets after 7 days while my goliath came pellet trained. Soon all your fish will be pellet trained. I've been waiting for another golitath to add to my pair. Hard to find a 8" goliath. But my guys get along well right now. I think it's because they were getting picked on by my other fish before I moved them to the 180 by themselves. Now they just swim with the current and eat a lot so i hope they get a growth spurt soon. They're only 7" and I've had the vittatus in January at 3" and the goliath was already 5" at the store.
