I have a small weeksii with a large delhezi and sinagal. sounds like maybe more feeding. or buy a bichir bigger than him. show him what it feels like to be the little guy. I had an encheri that was very aggressive. I traded him in at the LFS and they put him their big tank. He was dwarfed by the other fish.

Cannibalism is common when dealing with baby Polys. As they get larger it decreases. With regular feedings, there should be no issues with cannibalism. However, there has been incidents where a lower jaw has eaten an upper jaw (usually the bigger species eating smaller ones) as they grow. I have a mix, but I have also removed any Polys that I feel maybe in danger of being eaten, particularly my Sen, Polli, and a couple of Delz. I currently have a few Endlis, a Lap, Ornate, and a couple of Delz together.

My Endli will snack on any other Poly less than half it's size. My upper-jaws have never cannibalized.
I've been feeding it a lot less to try and get some equality before it outpaces anything. Luckily my upper-jaws will happily eat food that it won't.

I keep a 16" ornate with a couple of 5-7" senegals, and I've never had a problem. My 4" endlies, however, eat everything they can fit in their gobs.
Unfortunatly there really is no rule or gaurentee on what will happen when you mix sizes and species. I, like many on here have had no issues with mixing of sizes. My last 3 growouts have been put into the big tank when they have hit the 7 inch mark. In there are 3 over 21" and 3 over 18". One thing I believe helps is not feeding live foods, I think Poly's used to getting live foods tend to be more likely to consume a tank mate.

i just got a nice ornate from PetZone. he is bigger than my endlich so it should be okay.
i think i have been feeding well but since it came up so many times i thought i'd ask what you all consider enough feeding? i usually feed twice a day with sinking pellets and blood worms (my clown loaches get most of the blood worms) and every third day or so i put in a couple night crawlers, they are a big hit with all the fish.
