Hi I have two tems and one ocell that are all about 4". I want to add 4 more ocells that are 2.5" Will this be okay? If not what problems may I encounter?
Thanks

In my opinion I think you can add them if you want to feed your tems an expensive meal. I've tried similar in the past and I just ended up disappointed. Maybe you'll be lucky but in my personal opinion I would not advise it.

peacock bass are very hard to come by where I live and the 2.5" bass are the only ones I can get hold of. Would I have to keep the smaller ones in a seperate tank till they are say 4". I guess the others would be 6" by then.

if it looks like there heads can fit in the other ones mouth then its not a good idea. even if its a close fit i wouldnt do it

I did it with 5" mono and one of the Ocel was a little bigger the 3 1/2. I didn't have any problems but it sounds like I was lucky I guess!

Okay the three 4" bass are growing in a 30g. I will put the four 2.5" bass in a 50g and feed them more than the others. SOUNDS LIKE A PLAN!!
