I keep plecos from 2" L46 with 12" royal in my tank. Any given time, I have at least 30 fish in there. I don't see any issue having different type of plecos all in one tank. Though keep this in mind, I feed them all fresh veggies from yam, carrot, sweet potato, watermelon, and such... No pellets nor bloodworm nor shrimp as feeding.
