as far as schooling fish go i would go with a bunch of tin foil barbs they get pretty big and are fun to watch

i have always had south american fish mix in my tank 125gal you just have to be ready for casulties some expected and some are heart breakers lol
lol.. to start off just have the major fish u want.. u will see some good ones in the lfs and u will be like i want that!!! and guess what u can get it

got some bad news today tank is 8ftx3x3x with a 32 in door opening to get it out of the ladies basement an worse yet a 28" stairwell any ideas tank is imaculate 1" acrylic bowed end it is a room divider btw she spent 12 grand having this tank site built i can get it for pennies on the dollar i just cant figure out how this sucks bein on here i had it aquascaped and everything in my mind anyway arghhhhhhhh
Wow that sucks so bad what a build up to get disapointed like that.If it was glass you could take it apart dont even know what you could do.I hope you figure something out.good luck
nice thing about acrylic is it uses a 2 part adhesive that basically melts it together. you could cut away part of it, or remove the door to the basement entrance, jamb and all, then replace it for her........... For a 500 gal tank she wants out, I would say I have to remove the whole door, if I buy you a new door and jamb will you take off the price of the tank? After removing the jamb, should have almost 40-42" Depending on the jamb of course. But it could be 36" too
