if they were stuffed with lots of trouffles and saffron, then maybe.....
its interesting to see what other people eat, like here in Australia up north i have heard of lots of people eating sarratogas...and clown loaches being great eating, and commonly eaten in sarmartra and borneo (i think thats where..)
Don't know about Asian Aros, but saratogas (Aust aros) do not make a great meal. From what I heard, they're full of bones, and the flesh doesn't taste that great either.
I think alot has to do with how a fish is prepared.
I surely wouldn't eat these fishes.
