if they were stuffed with lots of trouffles and saffron, then maybe.....

its interesting to see what other people eat, like here in Australia up north i have heard of lots of people eating sarratogas...and clown loaches being great eating, and commonly eaten in sarmartra and borneo (i think thats where..)

Don't know about Asian Aros, but saratogas (Aust aros) do not make a great meal. From what I heard, they're full of bones, and the flesh doesn't taste that great either.

I wonder if it is like the northern pike we have here in Canada, full of lil Y bones. But the flesh is quite tasty! I think alot has to do with how a fish is prepared.

Those asian aros do not look fresh..

I surely wouldn't eat these fishes.
