When I find a good piece of property. I was looking at a barn 250' by 70' and got to thinking maybe a barn 100' by 50' would be a good size. Could setup a pretty decent breeding operation in something that size.

I was cleaning rocks and the tank today so they are a little spooked and not showing their vibrant colors. I scared the hell out of them. 2 ended up swallowing their eggs. The one in the last pic is the only one still holding but she will probably swallow them too.

That's great, hope you do eventually build your fish barn. That would be cool. :drool:


Why don't you strip your frontosas? Don't want to stress them out or what???

So do I. I'm holding my breath. They haven't made it past the 3rd day since I moved them to the 265 gallon tank so that means the eggs aren't fertile. My males need to get on board with the program.

I cannot wait until my fronts get to breeding size.
