No.. It's not the same with my current avatar.. 'Cause it's a guy throwing money.. Is not criminal as a picture. And I'm a member. Not a mod.. ER.. Admin.. Forgot... Everyone is a Admin now.. Anyways.. I pm'd people back in the day for similar to your avatar and when they wouldn't change it Phil changed it. Throwing money isn't a violation. It signifies this hobby for anyone who's doing it at an upper level. Anyone even a president with a bandana around his face like he's looking to rob someone. Is well pretty much a criminal avatar.

It used to be that if you had a avatar that depicted anything criminal you needed to change it.. I'm not so sure your avatar would have flied... No mod I know would have flew such a flag..

i'm kind of confused. you guys are seriously discussing about a picture of a president with a bandana on being in violation???
i wasn't here since 2005, i lurked for almost a year before joining. i only lurked for fish keeping information at that time. but since i became an active posting member, i never would've given it a second thought whether or not it was ok to use a picture of anyone with a bandana on.

the poor farmer who owns this strawberry farm...........he's being robbed by this lady pretending to pick strawberries. she probably used a fake i.d. to fool this farmer to employ her so that she can manipulate her way to his stash. she doesn't fool me though, the manner in which she's wearing her bandana clearly reveals her intent is to rob someone. I'll bet she probably has stolen goods at the bottom of that crate under the strawberries
and look at this.......two robbers on their get-away dual wheel motor vehicle, which they cleverly chosen to use so that they can swiftly out-maneuver law enforcement in the event of a chase. clearly they just robbed someone from the way they wear the bandanas in that manner. and clearly a pro, the driver wears long sleaves over her hands as to not leave finger prints. you sly criminals you
oh no, dear god, no. the devil gets em so young now. the humanity. this little girl is deep in the game at such a young age. she may look like an innocent little angel, but there is only one reason anyone would wear a bandana in this manner in which she is wearing in public. and that is to commit a robbery. I look at the blank, cold stare from the soul-less eyes of this young heathen and can only hopelessly wonder how many lives are ruined so that she can quench her endless thirst for taking that which is not hers. god help us all
