Mollies.....

Well in the third picture of the mollies. The white looking one is huge! She is about a week from popping. And I have a an female that looks like the sunset colored one that is also prego. So i'll have fry coming out my ears!
 
These Mollies are bred from P. velifera and P. latipinna, so the males all have sailfins. Your male is a lyretail, and your female isnt. The female isnt huge either - she looks a good 2-3 weeks from dropping fry.
 
Oh... so i look at these EVERYDAY and she is about as around as a quater..... She's huge. So I'm hoping its soon.
 
mollies are almost as bad as cons when it comes to breeding, they only take longer and they eat there fry, you may get lucky and get a few to grow up, but not without any good hiding, but your tank has some good hiding. those lyre-tails look really good when they get big and their tails are full crescent shaped. i hope i get to come over and check out your tank sometime, maybe bring a couple cons with me :grinno: i have some fry i need to get rid of, so i might either feed em' to my piranhas or who knows what. good luck with the tank, any idea of what kind of janitor fish you will have in there?

At the petco here, They have a HUGE pacu..... It weight: 10. pounds. ITS HUGE>
 
stay away from them! i had an 11lb and a 15lb pacu at the same time once, im glad there gone and i ain't never getting another one. that pacu would smash out your tank and eat all your mollies LOL. what all did you get at petco?
