Id like you to ponder upon my previous post, do you cherish your freedom. Again I present no challenge or insult just wondering how eager some of us are to give up our rights or just turn a blind eye as our rights are slowly taken away while we are brainwashed by the media because we dont believe it effects us.

Lets think like adults even if only educated to a 5 th grade level
If we were gonna view all angles as law abiding citizens, for one is it illegal to begin with? If so, should it not be the responsability of the vendor to prevent the establishment from providing illegal services to a child and inform the parent of the law pertaining to services rendered?
Hypothetical situation.....
I take a child into a bar and sit him or her up on a stool and orderd a shot for us both, the bar would be at fault as much as I, and maybe more because like said I (or the mother) could be crazy and the bartender is under obligation of law to ensure that the establishent operates within the polocies provided by law. In reality the bartender would kick us out stating the law restrictions to protect his job and lisence.

It's illegal for a child to go into a tanning booth.....not into an establishment that has tanning beds. No law was broken.
Sumo, the five year old said she went tanning with mom. Five years old. She prob was excited she went to a salon. All they'd have to do is check sales receipts, vid cameras, and employees. Too bad we'll prob never hear how this ends

If you listen to the interview with the little girl she can't say that she went in the tanning bed. If mama leatherface left the 5yr old in the waiting room of the tanning salon then she would still be in trouble for leaving her unattended, what was she supposed to do. And if we're taking kids out of the home because of how their parents look are you going to split my family apart since my wife and I are both heavily tattooed and pierced?
