you go to the same store, buy the fishes....later the fishes die from being sickly from the store and you couldn't save them...you go back to the store over pay for a sickly fish that dies again from something the store gave it...see a pattern...lesson learned: don't buy from that store and get quality fish for your money at a diff. store....come-on Hoyo you should know better then that....on a side note was your original centiped from there aswell? and is the new one eatting?

Try and see if you can get a refund. I'd be pissed.
Gave them a call the other day. They said that there would be no proof that it was their fault for the death of the fish, and therefore they cannot refund it.
You bet I'm pissed.

lol, they just have a more... exotic collection of fish compared to any other store around here.
Centipede Knife is no more. Look at my latest post.:irked:
I never seem to have any good luck...

the store paid the kids off so you'd come back...lol...i have a store with the collection...better quality but you pay for it...

Sorry for your loss:( Next time, ask them if they can order more in because you noticed that the last one looks sick. If they say they can't order until they sell them all, either don't bother (hate to say it, but wait for that one to die in their tank) or haggle and get it for cheaper.

Thanks, and I guess it was partially my fault in the first place knowing that it didn't look very good to begin with. Just me not thinking.

I called up the store owner and I will be either ordering a Brown Ghost Knife or a Reticulated Knife (If the price is right). Then I should be done for awhile, lol.

If I buy a fish I make sure it comes with a written guarentee. Even if just for a few days. The least they could do was to give you a containter of food or something worth the same amount to make up for it.
I completely agree, but I have no proof that the fish died, otherwise it might of been a good idea.

I understand. It's just bs. They really ought to test their own water in front of you if they are so confident...lol.
lol, I agree.
See, the owner is a nice guy. Loves animals, and very helpful, but sometimes something goes wrong.(Sounds familiar...lol) But I despise the "Pissy Worker Lady" lol. What I found to be hilarious, is one time when I was there and went to go check out with the "Pissy Worker Lady"(), the owner came over and looked into the trash can, and looked back at her. They whispered, he reached down, pulled up a large white feather, and gave it to the Kitten that they had for sale, lol. Looked to be a Cockatoo feather, so no doubt that there was one inside of the trash can. :(
