im kind leaning toward the sebae bc it stays a little smaller but the arg looks better. either have better qualities other than looks?

I cant really say because i never owned the sabae's. In the 2 years that I did own the other ones they only grew about 1.5 inchs max. They are slow growers no doubt. Other than that the choice is up to you.
I had one in with barbs and in 6 weeks he grew to 2 inches. By 6 months he was too large for the 29 and went back to the LFS for salt owners.
