Interesting to see how a huge geographic distance has the exact same things, at shows. lol I went to the local St. Louis show today and they had every species that you have pictured. lol

I picked a really nice juvenile Golden Tegu.
lol everyshows pretty much the exact same thing, infinite types of morphs of ball pythons, red tail boas, and crested geckos.
i'm surprised about the leos though, i only went there to pick up a leo and there were only 4 in the whole place :S

That dark red tree snake looks really good!

How does one find out when there's going to be some kind of expo in one's city? Do they do this for other kinds of animals?
yeah the snake in the 8th pic (Red Emerald Tree Boa) is beautiful! i couldn't get over it at all i just kept staring at it lol, and curled up like that it was smaller than the palm of you hand.
And to find out the locations and time of expo just google the name of the city you in with the words "Reptile Expo 2009", so i googled "Montreal Reptile Expo 2009" and it gave me all the dates:P
And yeah they do it for other kinds of animals, like cats.

How much were the asking for her? I would have pounced on that snake!

LOL you sayin' I look like one of those old crazy cat ladies?

I already have a cat, her name is Violeta. She used to be a stray, but she behaves nothing like stray cats we've had in the past. I don't know how I'm going to deal with it when she passes. =(

That snake is not an Emerald Tree Boa, it is a baby Green Tree Python (Morelia Viridis)! They start either yellow or red (sometimes the reds almost look brown) and they typically turn green like my avatar as adults unless you have some odd or designers genetics. The reds also have a short yellow phase before turning green which is interesting. The ETB's also go from red to green but have a much different pattern.

Amazing pics and show:D Ps:you amphibs lovers MUST try fire salamanders;) Amazing personalitys, hearty apetites, huge longevity and striking colors
