MONSTA BARBELS!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It shows that fish shouldn't be kept in an aquarium ;) Shame on us all :grinno: Look how perfect that specimen. No droop eyes, :nilly: no broken barbels, :nilly: no overbite, :nilly: which are all result of keeping fish in an aquarium

Man I wish I could fish for silver aros. That would be awesome. But that is a great looking specimen! Hopefully you threw it back..

That's it! I'm throwing my aro back. Anyone want to help pay for shipping to Brazil so it can go back to the wild?

Seriously though, that is a great looking aro and I wish mine had barbels like that.

If a wild Silver looks that good I wonder what a wild black would look like.

wat kind of fishing rod did yr friend using...? model of it ?

Using wat as bait....??

im a pro fisher too.

Nice fish! Could only imagine fishing in your region.

wow if he kept it he would need a way bigger tank than the ones you buy at you LFS...in captivity they go from 24"-30" and the wild ones about 4' so you would need a 300 gallon to keep it.A 10x4x4 is more likely or a pool or pond
