Sooooo jealous.

how much room does the 3D background take up?
At it widest point only 3'', that's why I went with it, very thin for a 3D back ground.
Wow Fred! That looks amazing!
Have you noticed any condensation within the faux wall? I want to copy your idea, but I want to know if I should have some sort of ventilation to keep the humidity down.
Hey Alex
So far so good with the faux wall set up. As for humidity and ventilation, I have not had any issues. The wall though concealed for the most part does have somewhat ventilation becasue it is mostly made of panels, so it's not totally sealed off, plus with the top two center doors being opended up daily for feeding, it really does not have a chance to build up any serious heat. I will update you if I find any issues to address if you decide to take this route. Plus this room is open to the rest of the hosue so its not like in your case where I believe you tank is in a stand alone room. Also I need to get with you about the gravel vaccum you are using. How excatly does it your?
Beautiful job Fred! It looks fantastic!
Thank you! There is still more work to be done. I just put a base cost of linen white to hide the unfinshed boards, until I figure out what color the romm will ultimately be. Probably a bone color of sort.

Absolutely stunning!
Well worth the 30 page read!
Thank you for the compliment.
