6 year old 38” Australian Lungfish. Got him at 6-1/2” just under 6 years ago. Tigrinus is 22” for size reference.

What a specimen of an Aussie Lungfish! He’s a beast! And that Tigrinus is a specimen as well, great tank
Max size will probably vary from individual to individual, Generally anywhere from 3 to 4 ft. It's rare but probably some do get bigger or stay smaller than 3-4 ft.
Other than the Tigrinus, Datnoid, and short body flag tail in some of the pics- rest of tank mates are an assortment of silver dollar species. Some oddballs and some huge wide bars that are 14-16”.
