I have what I believe to be a North American Blue Texas Cichlid, I may be mistaken on species and or sex but I also believe its a female Blue Texas. She grew a lot this last year. If you own a blue or green Texas Cichlid please post below I would love to see them.

I switched her tank in order to reseal her old tank the old silicone in the tank needs to be removed and resealed. I have her in a temporary 20 gallon and she has not eating a bite in a week. She was eating just fine previously on a pellet diet. I think she may be stressed. New tank new filters. I used Same gravel to keep the bacteria alive. She is very active alert and I dont believe she has any parasites. Just hope she gets her appetite back.

Comments and questions welcome :]

Its Hard to tell how big she is in the pic, I would say she is about 7-10 inches big little bigger than my hand. I have only one orange spot pleco in the tank I might move the pleco because she keeps picking on him not super aggressive but the plecos fins are starting to get frayed. I also tried flake food but she wont eat anything. She had african cichlids in the tank but she killed them all one by one. So shes just a Trophy/Show fish now.

Wouldn't worry just give more time due to the move.

Post results of a water test. Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, pH of the tank water in the 20 Gallon
