Ive seen a good few Jau in this hobby, and i tell you they are completely different to Tig's pictures, heads are much broader with small spots not the mottled apperence in Tig's pictures.

My LFS got sell ZZ but quite big and rather dark colour almost black..still can bring out the colour??

As I've never seen one in person, I shall defer to your experience
. The fish in question is most likely a MRTC(Marbled Pim xRTC), but has a different pattern from the ones I've seen. The MRTCs I've seen always have at least a faint hint of nose to tail stripes, like a RTC. You gotta admit though, that fish looks VERY similar to the one in the link I posted.
