I lurk from time to time, and signed the petition as well. I personally don't even see the "m" resemblance. Shame on monster drinks for being bullies.

• Worx Energy
• Blue Sky

Never heard of any of those but monster energy. Tastes like piss anyway...

I assume this is all been resolved. The cease & desist letter was sent in 2/24/12. MFK is still using there name and M logo. So have not heard anything so no news is good news?

I wouldn't assume that at all.

These things can tank some time to go through. I wouldn't roll over without a fight jusr as I'm positive li isn't either. I've seen some of these cases go for years.
