I spoke with my sister and she said that Monster Fish Keepers has two major issues which are keeping the lawsuit going. First is there is little support for Monster Fish Keepers and little backlash for Monster energy drink. She believes that this lawsuit is free publicity for monster energy drink.The second issue is that Monster Fish Keepers has college students handling their legal matters.Here is my opinion on the topic after reading the threads. I don't think it is right that Monster energy drink is bullying Monster Fish Keepers. I also think it is karma with all the bulling the moderators of Monster Fish Keepers do. There are some great moderators such as Zoodiver. There are other moderators who are bullies and use their role as moderator to bully people who disagree with them and their friends.
We already know monster energy spends money on lawsuits and sponsors athletes/events as a form of advertisement. You ever seen a commercial? Me either. Lawsuits arent free though
Your karma theory is silly. The site owner is having to fight this lawsuit, not the moderators. you ever been bullied by the owner/creator?

I am sure your sister is a very credible source lol. As for Moderators being bullies to memebers yes that is incorrect.
Yes Monster Energy has a lot of money to spend. Our legal system is influenced by money. I don't think it's right both in civil court or criminal court, but that is how it works and people should focus on having that changed through the legislative process. I know nothing about the site owner but he is responsible for the moderators of the site. The owner might not be bulling people but if the moderators are he should do something about it.Silent Bob you are right my sister isn't a credible source. She only works in the public relations department at Monster energy drinks headquarters in Corona. I guess bulling is a prescriptive thing. I might view something as bulling and you may not.Is anything incorrect about the other information. I am trying to give a neutral unbiased analysis of the situation.

I think that cooperate bulling is terrible. Maybe Monster Fish Keepers need to get more support and become more active in the public eye. Other companies have done it.
