pretty much all cichlids are aggressive lol (at least CA ones anyways) but not too aggressive they can def be housed with others (haven't had one personally so cant comment on growth rate)

they are not really the fastest of growers and arnt really that aggressive that jus square up to fish more then fight its quite entertaining to watch!
