Monster Fish Bites??

I have been bit by a miniatus grouper, a few triggerfish, a moray eel (which cut me pretty good) , my silver aro, and a lung fish.
You would think Id keep my hands out of the tank!
 
did the miniatus grouper have teeth?

how big were the triggers and lungfish that bit you? im surprised they didnt remove flesh.
 
I got bitten by my giant gourami, not a lot of pain but startling neither the less.
 
i love to teach my oscar to bite my finger when he thinks hes gonna get fed he bites and hangs on for a sec then he lets go and i feed him a treat, i luv him:hearts: :hearts: ... he also leaves little scratches on my finger nail nothing more though...


i also have been bit by a walleye beforeit left a a scar
 
Noodling is taking flathead catfish by sticking your hand in a hole and hoping it's a flathead catfish that bites on... Noodling is done in the spawning season cause the mail guards the eggs in the hole... Usually u wear a glove and the guys that do this are usually missing fingers...
 
Big fish have big bites... I wouldn't worry to much about the catfish's bite though... I'd worry about the beaver/snapping turtle/ whatever else is in the hole...
 
got niped once by a figure 8 puffer. they are small but it can sting a little. hurts good for such a small fella. kinda like a strong pinch. :cry: :rofl:
