Monster fish for a monster tank.

Okay, I want to get a pair I motoro rays this summer in a 6' by 6' by 3' tank, that's about 800 gallons. Aside from the rays, I want one other fish, a true monster, mid-dwelling, something that wont hurt the rays, and a little personality wouldn't hurt. Not thinking gars, snakeheads, and the like. I'm thinking of something I've never heard of, and as a side note, I'd like it to come from around the same native habitat as the motoros. Ideas?

thats what i was thinking but it would out grow a 800 gallon in a few years believe it or not.
