Just came back from visiting Beltway Aquarium in Greenbelt, MD and took some pics of the uncommon fish it carries. Like the closed Shark Aquarium in NJ, the store carries many monster fish including good selection of first grade FHs, The owner told me he imported most fish from Asia.

Looks like a cool pet shop though!

Nice to know since i will be moving to DE wont be to far of a drive (i hope)

Lol. You saw that $800 flowerhorn? Last time I went there my friend was there (he's not in the hobby) and even he had to take a double take and said 'D@mn'

You should have also checked out another store called Eden's in Bladensburg which was a twenty minute drive away.

I don't think that $800 FH will live long. It's already a foot long and looks ailing, or it's just the way it swims because of the deformity. He has a dozen other FHs, around 6" and with good hump development. I prefer his younger FHs that has more life in front of them than behind them. None of his other FHs are priced, so I don't know how much they worth. He has two pairs of adult Festae, stunning but not for sale. So I wonder if he is seriously trying to sell the $800 FH. Last time I went there he has several 2 ft Dovii, all gone, dead or sold.

I often stopped by House of Tropical on my way. Never heard of Eden of Blendenburg. Is it new and what fish it carries.

I've been there before, they had all really exotic healthy fish, except for a 2 ft dovii in a 60 gallon looking tank. But they always have really nice festae and caribe in stock. Also, that $800 dollar flowerhorn has been there since June I think.
