What are the fish that died exactly? Clown knives or clown loaches? I'm assuming you meant clown knives? Anyway, sorry for your loss man...if it was indeed clown knives that you were referring to, they can be really sensitive to water changes when young... or like hereticlosmorte said... your city could've changed the chemicals in your water supply or added too much

Sorry to hear that, but at 1.5"-2.5" they were all pretty small, and unfortunately fragile and susceptible to differences in water parameters more than if they were larger, but I would check with the city and make sure they didn't dose the water with something...unless you forgot to add your prime
