Monster fish real??? Have pics

I saw a video of one swimming, amazingly thay swim head up tail down and use the vertical fins like a knife fish, imagine a knife fish with its head near the surface and its tail pointing down but moving forward.

The only thing that concerns me is that all these fish pics n vids were taken of fish in poor health, hence the reason they were seen at all, so it may be that they swim in a different way when in deep water and good condition?

I wouldn't be suprised if they were swimming like that because they were near the surface/pressure of the water.
apperantly giant squid can't get down to the deep water very easily once it hits the water surface because of the pressure and their weight. that would really suck.
