Is a 20g too small for the frog, and what could i put in with it then?

Maybe no frogs unless there's a peaceful one. I'll ask my LFS when i get the other fish if there frogs are peaceful (of course they'll say anything to make a buck).

Everything but the puffer should be fine.

I was reaserching the frogs on google and there are 2 species: african dwarf, and the african clawed. The dwarfs are small enough for the butterfly fish to eat, and the claweds are big enough to eat the cories. So... I don't really know if i want cories or frogs; or a butterfly fish or frogs.

If it doesnt eat the dwafs it will soon be the vice versa case. Most puffers are true monster fish. I would say, if you want monster fish and you only have a small tank, get just dwarfs. Angel fish are not monsters by any means what so ever and although the butterfly fish are cool I would not consider them monsters either. Frogs cannot be monster fish because....well....they are not fish. Puffers are seen as cute little balloon shaped fish, but in reality they are highly developed predators with two razor blades hidden behind their little smile.
