Monster Flake Food?

Anybody here feed their monsters flake food?

Are there any benefits to this?

Are their perhaps nutrients and/or vitamins in flake food that are not in pellets, worms, feeders, shrimp etc.???

I feed mine a mixture of aquadine flakes and they hoover it up like crack.

my flagtail, shovelnose, chinese batfish, african and clown knife all love flake

The only things in my tank that eat flakes are feeder fish...

It depends on the brand but good flake foods contain the same stuff as good pellets, I have had plecos and loachs that prefered it.

if your feeding monsters, stick with 10mil "new life spectrum" or 8mil "extreme" ...
