Ming I'm gald to hear that the loaches are doing well, I knew you would like them they were the most difficult fish I ever tried to catch, they reall did not want to go.

When I got home on Sunday I got the camera and expected to take pics of the Psittacus either spawning or guarding eggs. To my horror the male was badly injured, his color was pale his mouth was swolen and he was hardly moving. It appears as if his mouth was badly injured and he was in great pain. I contacted Deadhead/Kevin and told him about the lip locking and digging he thought it might have been due to attempting to move big rocks and that he might have a broken jaw. To make a long story short the male has died. There are 4 fish left in the 180 gal and I am moving in a new direction so if you want a large male cuban and a large pair of V Argentea for $100 let me know. The Female Psittacus is $100 if they are still here by Friday I will take the Veja and cuban to a lfs the Psittacus will be in a 75 gal until sold.

The pair in the pic being held in my hand is pending the pair behind the divider is available and are more prolific, I'm growing out juvies from that pair and thats why they are available.

There are some pics of the Argenteas in my photobucket but I'll post some new one later. The female suffered damaged fins from the original dominant male after 11 fish were sold from the tank. He has since been sold she has recovered, the male is about 11" and gerogeous the pics never do justice to the color of these fieh.
