You are right I could be worth 10 times that, it is all what someone is willing to pay. Never got why the really big fish cost more there old and are going to die sooner. I get why for most of the sizes just not the giants. I ment no disrespect by my post was just stating my opinion. I hope you sell it.

Maybe in a retail setting. Most hobbyists are more worried about where their fish is going more than what they can get out of it. I'd give him $100 for it.

Discount? No. I think of it a negotiation but I'm not in any dire need for the fish. If he's got the room and not in a hurry to move him then I hope he gets the price he's asking for. I'm just stating what I'd be willing to give him for it. It would fit nicely in my 220 gallon tank.

Agree with this. These types of fish grow very slow and live for a very long time.
