This fish is not for sale! Owners pet! I forget its name....he has had it for like 14 years.....another LFS near me in this womens house has a clown loach 20 years old that is supposed to be 14 inches plus....i plan on stopping by soon just to see the beast!

Yup. amazing for a lungfish to get bigger than 26" in captivity. That fish is HUGE

They get bigger than that if you give them the time, space, and food to grow like that. I know of a few members on here with lungfish larger than 26" long.

This one is 33" and over 15 lbs!

Indeed it is. I wish that I could see this beast in person.

I'm pretty sure that it's a west African lungfish (Protopterus annectens), so the length and weight indicate that it's nearly at it's maximum potential (3').
