That was a great thing you did. I love red devils and it's nice to see you help any fish in general. Keep up with the good work and you can be a master at fish keeping in no time. You're already off to a great start. 
Thank you for all the kind comments, he has settled in very nicely over the last month and with a diet of Hikari gold pellets and earthworms he is coloring up. He still has the HITH scars but i guess thats to be expected. He obviolusly doesnt like the way i scaped his tank as he moved plants, sand and the driftwood to one side of the tank !Water changes are a nightmare because he attacks anything that go nears "his" tank so i make sure my fingers are well out of the way LOL
Ive had a few people PM me, commenting about the size of tank he is in, just so its clear he is in a 75 gallon tank (in the pictures) he was only in a 30 gallon for 8 days which was all i had at the time and since he lived his whole life in a 10 gallon i think the 30 felt like a mansion to him !
