I know this post is really old and Monster Peacock. I love ur recipes and idea for this. But What blenders do you guys use? I went through 2 blenders trying to make this as my blenders seem to have started smoking as the rubber was melting and my blenders began to overheat.. Please help!

Great bake! But one question. How long is their shelf life if I were to store them in air tight container?
