I'd go with some albino gar and albino or golden channel catfish, a few larger Koi and STOCK YOUR POND WITH MOSQUITO FISH.
They are small live bearers that will provide a nice treat for your fish and will cut down on the insect/insect larvae/tadpole population that will develop. If you toss in a good 30 or 40 of em in there they should maintain a steady breeding population keeping your pond nice n clean.
If you can find em an albino bowfin would be incredible! Only reason I say albino is so they are more easily seen, but I would keep gars in a native pond albino or not
