I am not sure that location helps a whole lot with the ID of this guy.

He is definitely a beauty though. One of the nicest looking rays I have seen.

Yes we have seen that too...

Here a pic of a related one, we didn't ship this cuz had some defects in the disc, but the color pattern is from the same group of the nice one you are showing

And yes Breeding time is starting.... I heard from good sources that in not more than 2 years ALL the stingrays will be in CITES

So need to breed some
