Looks like it could be Humerosa, Orbignyi, P. sp. Peru, or P. cf Yepezi..

i bought my mosiac as a constallata from jon rare awhile back
constallata from what i have read get huge and are known for haveing alot of denticles
anyway its a pretty ray still the price is funny though
