Monster Setups in your Garage?

I don't have any monster tanks in my garage but I do have a rack setup with a 90, 29 and 20l. I live in the Tampa area and was concerned about keeping my tanks cool also. I leave a window open and run a ceiling fan in there and my garage does get pretty hot and my tanks never get over 82. The tanks are open top and I don't run powerful lights so I'm sure that factors in. I am planning on moving within the next year but if I was staying I would definitely put in a fan to pull humidity out of the garage. I did use a good latex paint on the walls to protect them and last the floors were some of the worse I have ever seen to get level but it can be done.
