I always liked the selection of fish at every Tong's store, but I never bought many fish from any of their locations because they all have ridiculously high prices. The Whittier one wasn't so bad, but the Fountain Valley one was insane. Seems like only saltwater keepers and rich folks shop there. I think Tong's in Whittier declined because there weren't enough rich people to buy stuff there but the fountain Valley one still can bring in rich people to overpay.
 
Just visit there. No customers. lady was rude, and worst i did want to buy canister and tanks. bad customer service. walk out empty. No wonder. Haha

Lol if you would have seen her at the wholesale locations.... Talk about whoah. No one liked her. Like at all. Left and right all they did was say how rude and hows shes a "female dog" and they havent told her off yet because business was slow and they needed her business. I remember seeing her start problems at all seas. I was just laughing at her the entire time ahaha

I was there all the time. The old lady didn't come off as the friendliest, but you didn't have to deal with her until paying, the man and 2 ladies were always friendly.
 
For folks come to Tong's in FV...You don't pay for the price that stick on their tanks LOL
Find Tong (owner) or the young lady at front (cashier) and deal direct with them...you save ton of money!
For EX: A filter with price tag $450 and just less than 5 mins talk to a RIGHT person I walked out that store with that filter and paid only $300 and that even cheaper than order from Amazon!
