Where to cut this monster wood?

  • Cut the tallest vertical piece so it sits flush under lid

I think we all missed the point of this...

If the wood does not fit in the tank you obviously should NOT cut it and get a bigger tank! :ROFL:

You guys both bring up a valid point actually. This tank be getting upgraded in the near future. If I cut the vertical piece, it will look funky in the new tank (dims yet TBD) so my best bet is to cut the bottom, cave out a section for the female to hide and leave the height as is. The results of the poll point the other direction though. I'll try cutting off a little tonight and see how it looks.
