Think we can do without that.. You can't really have MOTM because this place would not run without all off the staff. You want to thank the staff as a whole that's fine. You want to create a post that seems seperatist and not thanking as a whole take it elsewhere. Let me guess we're not too crazy about the mod's that infract/ban/clean up all the time. Tough cookies. I would agree on doing with out the motm. I dont mean any offense (esp. to you Liz b/c you are awesome and you are good at what you do!!) but it takes more then one Mod and weather you like it or not we each do our job- put a lot of time and effort into this site. We put together the contests and other things you all enjoy as well as ban/infract/close etc. as part of our job - does not always make us the most likable but that is what we are here to do. Each of us have done our fair share from cleaning up, taking charge of constest, putting together meets as well as creating helpfull threads or stickying other members helpfull threads to make it a little easier for people to find certian information. It takes a lot of time and dedication to do this - and thats not something a lot of us have but we are here anyways. I dont think its bad to recognize someone for what they do - by all means if they deserve it then great - but I dont think its a great idea to make it a contest for w/e of the month.
