This MonsterQuest....not much more than a quest to make some of these fish stories seem more real than they really are...Not much of a informative show... It's amazing how little they seemed to research their subjects actually... as if they just grabbed a camera and said lets go fishing all over the world in various places and have the History channel pay for it all.

there are way bigger and meaner fish in the Amazon then Redtailed catfish ... and they made it seem as if they are the monster king (I have a high opinion and am somewhat bias about Redtails but COMEON!!!!)

are you sure they weren't fishing from ewurms tank when they caught that clown loach :D

seroiously they didnt even mention the TSN,Filemnstosum, or THE ARAPIAMA
 
i too thought it was stupid that pimas were not mentioned but it they did catch a tsn (altough they did not say what it was)
overal i thought it was pretty cool and i consider the series my favorite tv show
