Well it wouldn't be much considering I'm one of the best MEP 3D designers in the country and quick as hell. What it really comes down to is the time it would take me to design your tank. So it would depend on what you had in mind. Once the design was complete and the Clients happy then I'd make the build plans and material take off list which would tell you Exacally what youd need to built it. This way your not guessing and over buying wood and materials. Same thing I do when I design and layout MEP systems for the commercial and industrial industries. I'd say one of your kels would get ya started bro..
